“ We had lunch before going into the tubs. The restaurant was clean and the food was really good. We had the rib sandwich and fish tacos. Both were excellent. The server was alright. Wouldn't say the friendliest but also not rude. I would totally visit again. ”
“ The best salad I've had in a long time. It contained fruit, green vegetables and very tender marinated pork. Delicious . And a refreshing mimosa to accompany it. ”
“ Blue Heron is a great place to eat, whether you are a guest of the Ojo resort, or just seeking a restaurant to gather with friends or guests coming to town. The food I've had has always been good. The pasta pomodoro was especially good and fresh-tasting. The staff are friendly and accommodating and you can't beat the atmosphere, especially if you are able to sit outside. ”
“ First time eating at this place and it was excellent, from the service to the food. The farm to table and all the local ingredients made the dishes taste Amazing!! It is a nice place to eat dinner or to get food before you take a dip. Which we did.. the ribs and the lemonade vodka drink is what got!! ”
“ We had dinner and lunch here while staying at the resort. The menu has a nice selection of starters including salads and and crudite, which were both generous portions, well prepared with fresh ingredients, and tasty. For dinner we had tortilla soup and pork osso buco, both were generous portions and good, but soup was served warm and not hot enough. We got take out for lunch and sat on the patio, which was lovely. Both salads, the Cobb and Berry salad, we're really good and again, hearty servings. Staff provided great service and were very friendly. We would definitely dine here again while staying at the resort! ”
“ We ate at the Blue Heron for three meals while staying at Ojo (evening drinks and dessert; breakfast; and dinner). The restaurant is a small one with views for the tables at the window overlooking the grounds. The service is attentive, if somewhat stiff. The ojito (a mojito but with vodka instead of rum) is addicting. The tres leches cake is superb! The open-face enchiladas were delicious, as was breakfast. The only suggestions I think I’d have is the staff being slightly more approachable and a larger selection on the menu. The menu isn’t the largest. ”
“ There’s nothing like dipping out of your normal life to live like a rockstar if only for a few short days. While enjoying a weekend at Ojo Spa in Santa Fe we indulged in a fantastic dinner at the Blue Heron. Seated outside, the fresh air & sunset created a magical setting. Service was great also. The roasted pepper appetizer was so unique & flavorful. The cocktails also delightful. My only complaint was the ceviche was a little bland & could have used some jalapeno heat or even a little NM famous green chile. ”
“ My daughter and I had dinner tonight at the Blue Heron restaurant at Ojo Santa Fe Spa Resort. The restaurant Manager, Conner Olson, went above and beyond to make our dining experience exceptional through his kindness and attention to our needs. The staff were equally thoughtful, and contributed to it being an evening we will remember. The Blue Heron restaurant is lucky to have a manager who takes such pride in his work and whose warm and professional manner was a delight. We highly recommend this restaurant for its food, ambiance and staff. ”
